Appearance~
A short, long-furred she-cat with silvery-grey fur and darker grey tabby markings with  patches of her mother's ginger coloring throughout her pelt, bright blue and green eyes. She has a pale off-white underbelly and paws. On her right foreleg, she has a white sock going further up her leg than the others and around her eyes there are white markings.

Personality~
Dawnlight is a sarcastic she-cat who doesn’t take much tomfoolery from really anyone.She is stubborn to a fault and sticks hard to her ideals. Like her mother before her,Dawnlight has a rather fire-y personality. However once one gets past the barbed exterior she holds as steady as possible, she is mothering and loyal warrior at heart.She is by no means above laughing far too much at a joke or getting easily flustered if someone shows any sort of romantic interest in her. However, the small warrior is rather awkward, especially after the chaos with getting her element, causing her to withdraw from some situations rather quickly. Despite her awkward personality, Dawnlight enjoys making her clanmates smile and has taken it upon herself to help others control their flames, so that an accident like the one that happened (under her watch) to her late sister, Sweetpea.

Due to recent events however, Dawnlight has retreated more into herself than ever before, becoming an antisocial shell of the cat she previously was, caused by the death of her sister and exile of her love, all within the rapid succession of a few days.

History~

Kithood

Born to the former warriors of Gorseclan and Scorchclan, Dawnkit was born as the runt in a litter of three. She was extremely close to her littermates,Ashkit and Gingerkit, and even closer to her mother, Emberheart. That's not to say that she didn't have her father wrapped around her paws from the time she was born however.

Apprenticeship

Her kithood was relatively uneventful until her parents elected to leave with their kits to return to their former home, Scorchclan. Dawnkit, stubborn as ever and loathe to say goodbye to the only home she knew fought to stay with the clan. Half a moon later, she was made an apprentice and Deerlake was named her mentor. The moons of her apprenticeship passed by rather uneventfully, until she was of age to receive her elemental dream. Dawnpaw was greeted by the Starclan cat, Dawn, instead of gaining the ability of aerokinesis, or the ability to control the air, which her clan was known for, she was granted the gift of Pyrokinesis, of controlling fire. Although extremely unsure and now wary to be around her clanmates- she shudders to think of what they'd do to her if she found out-, Dawnpaw found strange solace in the element, as it seemed as if Starclan granted her an element that she could tie back to her family's current residence, Scorchclan, a land of deserts.

Warrior

Dawnlight gained her warrior name not long before she and the other Flame gifted cats elected to form their own clan, so that all of those who controlled the destructive force of fire would be together, and could learn the ins and outs of their gift. With a heavy heart, she said goodbye to her friend Birchwater, and to her surprise, and relief, she found the tom's sister, and her only other friend, would be going to the newly formed Cinderclan with her. After arriving to Cinderclan with her extremely injured surrogate sister, in a panic, Dawnlight found herself taken in by the clan's leader, Foxstar. Soon after, Dawnlight befriended a rather cocky tom by the name of Ravenbone. Both she and Sweetpea grew close to the tom, however before Dawnlight could decipher her feelings about the tom, he was exiled from the clan due to directly disobeying Foxstar's orders.  Moons passed, and Dawnlight retreated into herself, only really speaking to her adopted family members, until she ran into Ravenbone on a patrol with a fellow warrior, Badgerheart. Finally getting her closure, the two parted on amicable terms, the grey warrior still worried about her friend's safety, even if he was exiled from their home. However, fate yet again seemed to throw another surly warrior at the awkward she-cat, and despite the persian's habit of stirring up chaos, Dawnlight once again found herself beginning to have feelings for perhaps her only friend, even as chaos begin to stir among the clans. However, the relative peace that had settled briefly over Cinderclan like a veil, was ripped away suddenly during a gathering where Dawnlight's unspoken partner was accused (rightfully so) of murdering a Rippleclan tom in front of his son, and a fight broke out, followed by a fire scorching the great blossom. Dawnlight's life would continuously be thrown further and further into the sea of tragedy and chaos with the subsequent tentative exile of her love, and the brutal death of her sister, her only remaining family member in Cinderclan, at the claws of a Heatherclan cat. The sudden upheaval has understandably left Dawnlight in a very fragile mental state, and on rather shaky ground.
