Name's Meaning and reasoning: Sauda translates to Dark Complexioned/Dark Beauty in Swahili. The reason why Zuri and Tendaji selected this name for their cub was twofold, first and obviously, her darker coat, inherited from both Tendaji and her paternal gandfather, the second reasoning being that Sauda was born on a clear night with a full moon, or as her mother had said," A beautiful night and a beautiful cub"

Family Tree

Appearance~
A rather lanky lioness with dull brown fur coating much of her body, she has a pale brown undercoat. Along her back, darker and warmer brown dusting along it. Her eyes are perhaps the most shocking and noticable features of the lioness, being a startilingly brilliant sapphire blue. Her forelimbs are rather scared, bearing the marks of something she herself has no memory of how she recieved it.

Personality~
Sauda is a timid, quiet lioness who is rather jumpy in any given situation. She is however, a niave and trusting individual, who is liable to get harmed with how easilly she will trust someone. She is a soft spoken lioness who is not a stranger to making jokes at her own expense. Her fatal flaw would have to be her unwavering loyalty to her pride and those who have held her trust for a while.

History~

Cubhood

Born to the Pride Leader Tendaji and his huntress Zina, Sauda grew up fairly normal, however after a rouge male usurped her father, Sauda foolishly fought against him, her young mind not yet ready to accept the ways of the Savannah life. The usurper reacted about as well as one could when a young lioness attacks you after just winning a hard battle, instead of killing her, he thouroughly humiliated her in front of her pride, leaving her with the bite marks present in her young-adult life on her front legs. Sauda only remained in the pride long enough to see her mother becoming the usurper's newest conquest. With her heart in pain, she left the pride.

Current

Sauda currently roams the territories, hoping to find a pride to settle down with.
